YES. We are fully insured with public liability insurance with a cover of £2.5million.
We have simple payment terms.
For larger jobs we take a payment/ deposit for materials before your project commences.
We invoice for payments throughout the project, with the final payment on completion.
For smaller jobs, we can take payment up front if booked in online, take payment on site via our stripe account, or payment on completion.
We have a comprehensive Terms of Service readily available, which are attached to all quotes and invoices.
We mainly cover Hull, and the East Yorkshire Coast. We will consider working further afield.
JHPH doesn't offer MCS heat pump grants. BUT, we work with some great companies who do. If you enquire about a Heat Pump with us, we can advise you, and the system would be professionally designed by one of our umbrella companies. We simply install the system! It is a great way of having a Heat Pump installed.
